FAQ
Class details, reservations, and ways to be part of P.S.
The experience
What is Pop Up Sculpt?
Pop Up Sculpt brings mat-based Pilates sculpt to distinctive spaces. Each drop brings together movement, music and community, with any partner experiences or extras listed on the event page.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. All levels are welcome. Classes are designed to be challenging but approachable, with options to help you move at your own pace.
How long is a class?
Classes are typically 45 minutes. Some drops include time afterward for a partner experience or socializing. Check your event page for the full format.
Who is behind P.S.?
Pop Up Sculpt was founded by Ayanna LaPointe, who leads the brand and develops the P.S. method and guest experience.
Where are classes held?
P.S. is currently based in Madison, Wisconsin, with classes in different spaces around the city. Check your event page for venue information and the email used at checkout for arrival details. For drops with a location reveal, the exact meeting location is emailed to confirmed guests 24 hours before class.
Booking & attending
How do I book, and how much does it cost?
Visit Public Drops, choose an event and complete checkout. Pricing and what is included are listed on each booking page.
For complimentary resident classes, visit Resident Events, select your building and class time, and complete the $0 checkout to reserve your spot.
Who can attend?
Public drops are open to guests ages 18 and older. Resident events are exclusively for current residents of the listed property; please register only for your own building. Each guest needs their own reservation.
What should I bring? Is a mat provided?
Bring water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats and equipment are provided for resident classes.
For public drops, check your ticket option. Some include a mat, while others are bring-your-own-mat tickets. Follow any additional footwear or equipment guidance on your event page.
How does First Access work?
Join the email list at the bottom of the website for first access to upcoming drops. Reservation links and launch details are sent by email. Joining the list does not reserve a spot; you still need to complete checkout.
Do I need to complete a waiver?
Yes. You must agree to the participation waiver at checkout before attending. You can read the full waiver here.
What if I need to cancel?
Email hello@popupsculpt.com with your name and event details. For paid reservations, cancellations at least 24 hours before class are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours, a refund is issued only if your spot is filled from the waitlist. No-shows are non-refundable, and reservations cannot be transferred to another person.
If you booked a complimentary resident class and cannot attend, please email us so we can release your spot.
How does the waitlist work?
A waitlist may open when an event sells out. If a spot becomes available, guests are contacted in signup order with a private reservation link and have two hours to book. The waitlist closes two hours before class. Joining does not guarantee a reservation.
What happens if the weather or event plans change?
Event location, timing or format may change because of weather, venue conditions or safety concerns. Check the email used at checkout for updates. If P.S. cancels an event without providing a replacement option, affected guests are eligible for a full refund.
